天然气工作
运行地下煤气管道从表到属性

刚开始规划阶段 重构一块公寓 并转换商业空间
是否可能走出油表回地下 地下管道运行到外墙 地产前 爬上墙进公寓天然气计数器位于巷子里,比环绕所列楼段运行28毫米管道要整洁得多。
天然气工程师当然会做这项工作,如果可能的话,但是在规划阶段还很早,并研究列入楼内同意应用的内容
并有可能安装地下管道正确深度,大概450毫米,让Cadent稍后安装新气源商业产业未来可能或可能不需要天然气(依赖租户),但想避免铺设后挖掘场

水管至少埋325毫米地下

掩埋外部管道深度375毫米,条件是没有车辆流量或有450毫米车位,如车道管道也应该铺在沙和PE塑料管道或工厂封装铜上,如插管

Firstly you would have to gas safe commercial engineer to size the gas supply pipe accordingly depending on existing and proposed appliances ,if you have a domestic meter this may need to be changed to a commercial ,or semi commercial meter, there is not an issue with going underground from the meter the easiest solution would be to mole the new supply in as to open cutting the ground would incur extra costs ,such as ground works and relaying slabs etc the new supply would also need to strength tested ,tested and purged again by a commercial gas engineer also a suitable gas entry point to be fitted
