Hi I have a valiant boiler eco tec plus 831 it’s heating stays on since yesterday I switched the boiler off and then on still same also I reduced the radiator dial to 0 still no good help please

Looks like PCB fault, but it’s very hard to tell until not physically been checked by one of the qualified gas engineer.

Personally I’d say either diverter is stuck in mid position or thermostat has failed

Hi. If the heating is constantly on I would definitely check the controls first . Something is calling for heat. You still need qualified engineer to investigate.
