我想停止我的厨房装修工做更多的工作，因为他的工作不符合我的标准。他重新粉刷了天花板和墙壁后，我们把厨房设备、工作台面的阶梯和地板都拆掉了，并进行了装修。这是他目前所做的事情的清单。这只是一个3米x 3米的小房间。重新登板天花板和抹灰。重新粉刷墙壁。登上煤气管道。地板砖。仅安装4个厨房底座单元。更换冷热水管。铅垂线洗衣机和洗碗机。他从2月11日星期三开始登天花板，下午2点回家。 Re plastered ceiling and walls Feb 12 went home at 4pm. Continued plaster wall Feb 13 went home at 12noon. Came back did the floor tiles 16th went home at 2pm.came back Tuesday fit 2 base units and plumbed washing machine and dishwasher and changed hot and cold water pipes. He will do the rest of the 2 base units today till 12 noon. With the kitchen fitting it started as a disaster as he kept on asking as how to do it and insist the supplier gave as wrong bits and he is not happy that he needs to do a lot of trimming on the units and base decor. And the holes he made for access to pipes are like irregular cuts and even the base panel only with one support screw at the top. The cut on the base units are irregular and kept on saying it's going to be hidden by the work top anyway. And we need to be literally be there observing him and pointing out things before he make a mistake. Even mentioned I don't know if the door will open nicely after they put the worktop. He refused to read instructions and even refused to go with us with the manufacturer to ask for advice as he kept on asking us.but eventually got persuaded to come along. He seemed to be always in a hurry to finish the job and go home. And apparently he has got other work commitments too in between and kept on ringing them while he was fitting ours.How much should i pay him to do the work he's done?The worktop installer came along to template and he said the corner cornice plinth is not fitted right as it is not in line with the doors. to correct this we have to rip out the units again and adjusted one corner to make good and my husband did this himself and drilled the sink to the wall back again.
