You could use 130mm kingspan to meet your design requirements but I don’t think you’ll get that size (closest would be 150mm) but doing that would mean the plaster boards would need really long screws to be fixed up in place, you might strap the bottom of the thick kingspan and fix into that straps, this would create a useful service void for electrics. Remember you’re needing to keep a minimum headroom of 2.3m. Hope that helps a
