Drain smell from internal soil pipe

Third floor flat,(top floor) with internal soil pipe, intermittent drainy smell from under sink cupboard (next to soil pipe)
Definitely not the u bend or sink. Had an endoscopic camera down gap and can see what looks like small bubbles (or polystyrene bubbles perhaps)

Flat owners directly below my flat are not experiencing problems.

Stagnant water build up , not trap water , flow away issues ,typical builder plumber mistake , possible T connection of multiple outlets .

Simple any water yhat will not flow away vertical 30 degrees will create a smell ,dispersed by drain cleaner by one shot should do the trick but will allways come back .

Just a build up of gunk most probably.

Either get the pipes flushed or replace the pipes.

This could be a blockage nearer the restbend and or even a drain. Without looking it might be a venting problem.
Need to check system to get a full scope of what could be causing issues.
