Windows letting in water

Had a survey on my windows from the supplier testing vent holes to glass size
Question on yourself s the glass should be 28mm but it's 27.5mm with you think its in tororence
Did say it could be the lathe when manufactured out by mm it has been seen he said

Hi. I wouldn't be concerned over 0.5mm the seals should cope with that.
A few options here to cure.
1. Remove and rin compressed air through the weep drain holes.
2. Replace seals.
3. Use auv stable sealer on the original seals.

Yes it fine is it condensation has the drainage holes been checked
