4间卧室(8散热器)。建于1975年,2013年我们买了。它的一个扩展属性。在2015年改变了锅炉。结合巴喜锅炉(楼上)n没有问题自去年当客厅散热器(扩展)停止工作。今年厨房散热器停止工作(9月)。叫做一个工程师带电£350,化学清洗然后平衡所有的散热器,然后几天后lockshield需要改变散热器锅炉旁边开始泄漏。但厨房散热器n楼下客厅散热器仍然没有工作。唯一是使厨房工作是关闭楼上散热器。即使这样的客厅散热器后厨房只是轻微的热。 Engineer said if we changed the boiler or radiator things would be same and we have to close radiators upstairs to make it work. Anyways we called another engineer. He charged again £350. He fitted a filter , balanced the system, cleaned the boiler as he said there is problem with the boiler. Then asked to switch off upstairs radiators for a day to make downstairs radiators work. At that time kitchen radiator got hot too but not living room one. We did that for half a day but it got so cold upstairs that had to switch them on at night. I asked him for how long needed to switch upstairs one off, he said may be for a week to make system up n running. It sounds rediculous though to switch off upstairs radiators for a week. Then he said boiler is fine , nothing wrong. Also said that living room radiator will not work as the pipes width is v narrow n as living room is too far from boiler so we need to install electric panel radiator. Anyways the next day boiler pressure went down many a time n I had to increase it. Then called him again n when he came in n tried to adjust he diagnosed that expression vessel is faulty n will need new one n he will fit it after 3 days. Anyways after he went away pressure is stable. Upstairs, thermostat of radiators I set on 2 to get heating downstairs. So main problem is still there. Second, towel rail gets v hot at 2 and so the hallway radiator but some radiators dont work at 2. Third heating is on continuously n to turn off we need to turn off off through the sensor. Last 2 problems have occured when last engineer had gone. What to do? We spent so much already , dont know why its happening and how much we further need to spend. Is boiler an issue and we need to change it? Balancing and cleaning of radiators have been done already. Thinking to get homecare cover of heating too as they may be able to sort it out as they would have set of engineers, not one.
