Boiler problems?

Hi everybody,
We have a Greenstar Ri condensing boiler which is approx 15 years old. It has now gone wrong; I noticed a 'gurgling' sound coming from the pipework immediately above the boiler. Sounded like there was a Lot of air in the pipes?; there was also a small amount of water which came out of the bottom of the boiler.
I have turned the boiler off, as it is making some very unhealthy noises..
We have a service plan with BG, and somebody will turn up in a couple of days, but I would like some opinion so that I am 'forewarned' .. The boiler is 'inspected' annually, and there never are any problems noted.
Thank you for your time

Either condensate sump is blocked / or water pressure within the system is low and caused the boiler to over heat. Potential water from the boiler can be either condensate pipe is leaking due to the trap being blocked or faulty competent with the boiler has leaked.
