Rain drops from top window sill

Hi,

I have a top window sill that is dripping onto the sill of the window directly below when it rains. Both rooms are bedrooms (3 story property) so it can cause issue with a good night's sleep! Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to stop the drips from the top sill? I am looking for a cheap/ easy fix if possible. Then I guess something slightly more elaborate if not.

Greatly appreciated.

It sounds like rain isn't entering the guttering, so you need to have (EPS) fitted unfortunately this can be a bit expensive if you live in a tower house, but that's what it sounds like to me
