Loft Conversions
Advice on how to make bedroom bigger
Hi. We are buying a house and need to make a third double bedroom. I have thought of three options but not sure if they are possible.
1. Loft conversion (without dormer if possible to keep cost down)
2. Extend third bedroom over the top of living room?
3.移动内部墙的front and back bedrooms equal (least preferred but cheapest)
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

If you have one large bedroom you could partition it off with a stud wall and sliding door to save on space many people do this if its children sharing a space but want their own privacy,if not option 1 is a good option have a look round at the houses near you to see if any has had a loft conversion to see if you have a good chance of planning permission etc

Hi we specialise in loft conversions and with the right plan you can make a loft a very good useable bedroom not sure what type of property you are buying but potentially it could be a great space without dormer most dormer loft conversion come under permitted development so no need for planning only building regs
