我们已经进入了新的建筑已经两年了，由于房屋的身高不正确，因此一直存在争议。DPC在各个方面都处于正确的水平，但在车道上完全在地下。
They had initially booked in to have the DPC injected in at the correct level, however we weren’t satisfied we would only have a 30 year guarantee and wanted the developer to provide there own compensation to extend this and put us in the position we would of been in should this not of happened. They have now proposed to lower the whole ground level around our property (which is not really a viable option given the surroundings etc) and the following below for the driveway. We are just stuck as to what the best option is to get this over and done with!!

车道的最佳选择是什么，那么我们该如何处理该物业的其余部分？DPC公司的保证标准是30年吗？
