If u need it done the same day then you would need blue glue or a rapid bond. Both available on line. If not then u can’t beat gripfill. Takes 12 hours to go fully off but it’s the strongest stuff around in my opinion

I prefer to use a hot gun to stick gripper to concrete as it sets immediately. If sticking to Marley tiles they must be secure or will lift when fitting carpet
