Tradesman said he will come have a look in 2 weeks or so as he has other jobs on. I am mot happy about this as i was about to have artificial grass laid next week and i am worried this guy will come back and ruin it. He completely ruined the lawn when he did the work and turned my acceptable grass into a mud bath by mixing on the lawn. When i asked him to rectify this he said he was too busy to lay new grass and the best he could offer was 50 discount. After a lot of negotiations this was raised to 150 discount. Obviously this does not pay for 28sqm of lawn to be relaid. So now i am worried that my garden will have to wait as i cant risk paying thousands for artificial grass then he comes back in several weeks and ruins it. I want him to come back sooner so that this is sorted. Should i have to wait so long? The resin has not set at all in some places it gets worse every time it rains and wind just blows black resin dust around garden. What is a reasonable time for him to fix this bad workmanship?
