Problems with tv aerial/signal
I live in a ground floor flat and am having issues with my TV signal (Freeview). Last year the signal went completely, i reported it to the freeholder of the block who said there was something caught on the roof aerial, they sent someone out to remove it and all was fine for a few weeks but now again, 60% of the time i have no signal or scrambled signal. They've sent someone out who says there's no problem with the aerial, and he can't find a fault inside my flat. When he was there the signal was fine, and he advised that unless he can be there when it's not working (which is impossible to plan) then there's nothing more he can do.
Has anyone got any ideas what the issue might be? I sat and watched TV for an hour fine at the weekend, then last night it just showed 'No signal' for the entire evening but this morning it's fine. This has been going on for about 7 months now

To those who have suggested cable damage and water accessing the cable. Could this still be the case if it’s affecting both of the TVs in my house? And although it hasn’t rained today I’ve got no signal on any channel on either tv. When I retune it there’s still nothing.
I live in a flat so am wondering whether this is an issue affecting just my flat or whether it will be the whole building and that I probably need to involve the freeholder

I strongly suspect cable damage, damage to the insulation of the cable - and the intermittent nature of the problem could be down to moisture accessing the cable and drying up, when the moisture dries up you most likely experience no problems, but when its wet or recently rained you most likely have no service.
Try and think back see if my theory could be true :) anyway good luck.

Most likely cable and check areial also reset or retune tv again you should have a signal bar on tv to give you idea how strong it is we have issues now again down to interference from radio control car kids use these are just my experience and may not be same for you

Can be a loose, damage connection to antenna or your antenna receiver is going soon but also if you have a splitter check to see if signal is coming from antenna to splitter and after from splitter to your Tv.
I use to have same problem and I replaced Antenna but still poor signal in the house so I changed old splitter with new one and now signal is ok.
I hope you will sort out your signal.
All the best
