Intolocks lock stuck
我有问题解开upvc门。这是一个Intolocks mechanism. When unlocking the key doesn't turn fully. The top and bottom hooks disengage but the middle, main catch will not release. In the past week a hard tap has done the job but now its not budging.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there is a strong possibility that the cam in the euro cylinder has slipped. This is why you can not complete a full revolution of the key. You will most probably require a new euro cylinder.

It maybe the cylinder or the gearbox, we would firstly check the cylinder for correct position if this dose not resolve your issue then we would check your gearbox and make sure your deadbolt is not binding.
