Re felt summer house roofRoofing (Pitched)
We were very pleased with the work that Ryan Carre completed on our summer house which had the roofing felt removed during the recent storm. He did an excellent job, arrived promptly and was very pleasant, and we would certainly call him again should we need to.

Bedroom door moved with stud wall rubbish to be removedCarpentry
Since Ryan completing the partition walls it basically fell down - I dare not have him back in the home.- If you complain he is very argumentative and sends long winding emails and texts, which we found so unprofessional, also arguing in front of vulnerable tenants. We were so worried we to call him back to rebuild the whole wall because of his aggressive reactions when we called home back the lst time round to fix the door as it also fell off.
We now have another company to come along to rebuild the wall.

RC.Carpentry&Construction's reply:
While I appreciate the feedback, I feel this information you have given is completely wrong information, a stud wall with head plate and base plate fully fixed to the joist below and above with 90mm galvanised framing nails, studs on a 400mm centre fixed by double toenailing either side of each stud to the head and base plate, this would be very unlikely to "just fall". (I have never come across such information in all my experience of timber framing) Once the job was complete, you were very happy with the work I had carried out. This work was completed 12/02/22. You contacted me on 16/02/22 stating that “your builder” had kicked of within the property and had damaged the door which led to it falling off, 1 hr later received another message stating this was now my fault. With this I made it a priority to return on the 17/02/22 to assess the damage. Once inside, it was apparent that the door had fallen of due to force as the frame had split in 3 different areas, which was intact when I originally completed the job. While at the property I received numerous rude text messages, one insisting that I did not talk to your tenant about what had occurred. I temporarily fixed the door without invoicing out of good will. 23/02/22 I received a text message from you saying that you were sorry for blaming me for the damage as you knew this was never my fault and asked me to quote another job. I didn’t respond to this and a day later received negative feedback.
