Richard tried everything to fix the leak we had and succeeded. It was nice that he wasn’t just pushing for us the replace the door, although eventually I’m sure we’ll have to, and I will go back to him to get that done when the time comes. Thanks Rich.

Replace door hingesWindows & Doors (uPVC & Metal)
Unreliable! Richard took up this small job on 23 of September, started measuring, took pictures of the hinges, telling that he's coming back next week, when he's get the hinges. Next phone call after a week: he is not able to get hinges from his supplier (!). So my family got them on the Internet easily within 5 days. I called him with the good news. Final exuse, he found a big job and will be busy untill early November.
From his ( 23 of September) first visit I got from him only excuse after excuse after excuse. Finally he offered to finish the job in November, becuse of that big job he'll be busy just now. After I called him, and complained that it is unfair, he promissed to push me in if he's got a little time in the middle of October.
