hi firstly this is codswallop the build was a big one starting in the loft and moving on to a 50m2 extension .firstly lets say the client is not a very honest person he is always drunk and fights with his neighbours i have video proof of neighbours responding to his antics secondly the build has been completed at extra cost to ourselves ie plastering flooring electrics none in contract which the client has broken by constant mood swings changing access times anything to make it more difficult then it was .as for tools ect been stolen i advised him to go to the police .which he informs me he has done .the 2 builders have not fallen out and are happily working well away from these devious clients .these clients should not be allowed on my builder sites please check all the feedback i have received coming up to 100 with this man who knows he has had us over a barrel for the last few months but it feels great to walk away and let him keep the £3400 pound he still owes karma is true people did not work monday (1 day) as they had just finished14 days on the trot to keep them happy
