I hired him and agreed a price job was to be done mid April 10 days after I hired him he contacted me to say he had proved the job wrong and wanted another £100 on top of the £900 we had agreed I replied I was disappointed that he was looking for more money when we had agreed £900 he suggested I could get other quotes I replied I would split the difference and pay £950 he replied he wasn't going to do the job I said I was very disappointed with him and I advised him I would contact My Builder and advise them that I was very unhappy with the situation He contacted me minutes later to advise me I couldn't review him as he hadn't done any work for me the threatened me with a lawyer and taking me to court for defamation of character .Not a very professional person and I feel he was intimidating me I would not recommend him as he is not trustworthy .
