Part 2: fitting new bathroom as follows: • All sanitary ware to be purchased and provided by client • Bathroom layout to remain the same • Install wedi boarding (tanking to floor and walls around shower) • New tiles 600mx600m to floor and 80% walls • Fit mirror to remaining 20% wall • Install new wall lights above basin • Existing downlighters to remain • Install extract fan (connections in ceiling void but not currently installed to room) • Install freestanding bath • Install shower riser rail • Install floor mounted bath taps • Install back to wall toilet with concealed cistern (to be tiled) – floor mounted WC, not wall hung • Install built-in shelves above WC roughly 64cm x 100cm • Install new basin and vanity basin with deck mounted taps – water supply to run inside wall with no pipes visible • Install vertical radiator (same location)
