Existing Units: All need to be removed and disposed of. New Units: Toilet, basin unit, shower (only no bath), shower head and pipes to be hidden in the wall, heated towel rail. Existing Tiles: Wall and floor to be removed and disposed of. New Tiles: Floor, full length of wall where the shower is, half the wall everywhere else. Decorating: Walls to be painted where there are no tiles.
