i think we did more then we priced for the porch was built to a door opening size which was given by the clients father inn law i agreed to alter it as i thought we made a mistake until we found the door size that he had written down(fortunatley) it took 2 men a day to build then alter this also the scaffold provided was not suitable to work of and we did not charge for altering again at cost to ourselves the price was kept to the original quote over 2000 blocks laid and all the advice for people who could not plan a job themselves dont deserve neutral feedback the concrete base laid by the father in law was so out of level that again at no extra cost we put it right we made sure by ordering that there was no materials left even going to the builders merchants ourselves in our time again no extra cost advice from us to alter drawings otherwise it would not have been passed by building control as you can see from all my previous feedback we do not leave things like a client unhappy all that was needed here was a phone call from the client to address a minor problem
