First of all It was my fault i never turned up because i put the job in my diary for the following tuesday which i apologised for several times.The problem with the shower is due to the fact the house has a gravity fed hot water supply and the customer brought a thermostatic mixer shower,i cannot do anythink about the pressure.I suggested having a pump fitted but when i gave them a price of the pump and the labour for an electrician to fit a power supply to it but they didnt want to spend that amount of money on the pump so i cannot do anymore.I gave £70 for the inconvience caused and fitted the towel radiator free of charge which i did not quote for.
