Sorry that you are not happy, I booked you in for a day and was ready to strip the wallpaper and complete the job, however, there is only so much I can do without an address and without contact details, as you pointed out you do not have internet at the house so I could not get hold of you on here as we had been, the house phone number linked to your job had no answer, I asked for the address with no response, later that day I told you I can book you in for next week, I had to move a job on Tuesday around and was willing to do it then, I had to confirm this with you i understand but I only managed to finalize this last night, Sorry that you are not happy about this and hope all goes well.
