The job will consist of the following activities: - removal existing kitchen and fit new Cooke & Lewis kitchen (L-Shape) from B&Q and install new kitchen island (worktop will be earthstone) - electrical work to install 2 new hanging pendant lights, change 13 existing lights to LED downlights, install sockets for kitchen appliances and 1x push up socket in island - plumbing works to relocate sink and tap in the cloakroom toilet and install sink in the island (and kitchen appliances if necessary) - remove partition walls and form a new wall in the cloakroom - remove existing cloakroom door and replace with new push door - tiling work for kitchen and hallway
