There is only one covering that is suitable for al flat roofs and that is fibreglass - many ''wannabe roofers'' use EPDM (rubber) but this is as bad as felt - since they usually get the detailing wrong on joins (which fail).

GRP can be moulded to any angle / design and gives the best life span by far (if carried out by a competent roofer).

You can only put tiles on and roof that’s has a 15 degrees pitch and higher , it not recommended you go any lower than that
